Full Moon


The moon is full tonight- As I drove west, it rose slowly through the filtered pinks and hazy mauves and subtle lavenders of the horizon- It bounced over the rooftops of the city- Soon the sky was a brillant indigo and the moon a glowing large round celestial wonder- I could see the moon's face- I could see his eyes squinted up and I could see his lower jaw moving- I could see the moon was laughing- In fact, the moon was laughing at me- I may be foolish- But I have always been a fool- No need to laugh at my foolishness

This word has surfaced multiple times in the last few days and I am not going to ignore it- However I know I haven't received any form of nepotism so not sure what the message is hinting at-

Dia de Los Muertos

I didn't really partake in Dia de los Muertos this year- I lit a few candles and placed a bowl of water near my Ofrenda and that was pretty much it- I didn't even have any strange dreams- but I did notice some of the departments stores in my neighborhood were selling more Dia de los Muertos inspired decorations before Halloween-
